Greatest Country Love Songs | Top Country Love Songs

Trisha Yearwood How Do I Live - was written by Dianne Warren in 1997. Both LeAnn Rimes and Trisha Yearwood recorded the song in 1997.

Yearwood's version was considered to be the more "country" of the original two recordings (although Rimes later released a "countrified" version herself), and Yearwood won a Grammy for her performance in 1997.

Various American Idol contestants have also sung the song on the show.

"This is one of my favorite country songs not because I like the artist but because I like the lyrics very much.

Every time I hear this song, I remember the first man I love and I feel that until now I still love him. When we parted ways, I do not know what to do; I do not know where to start; and how to start my life without him.

Hearing this song makes me cry because of the lyrics, which is relevant to my situation. How do I live without you? I want to ask him that question but I just keep it to myself. There is no point in asking because I know we will never be together again or maybe God only knows when we can be together again. We are apart for almost 5 years now, but hearing the song “How Do I Live” by Trisha Yearwood still makes my heart ache and longed for that man. I do not know how I had lived and survived, maybe because God helped me and there is my family and friends who are always there to support me."
