Tom Hanks is Legendary - Mel Gibson is NOT

My favourite celebrity over 40 (by far) is legendary, two-time Oscar winning actor Tom Hanks.

The man continuously grows in his performances, picking difficult and challenging roles, which are age appropriate. Off camera, he is a devoted husband and father, and you never hear about him with regards to any negative publicity (affairs, legal problems, addictions, etc). He is a class act, and it is not a surprised he is loved in Hollywood.

My least favourite is Mel Gibson. The reason?

Reverse everything I just said about Tom Hanks, and you get the idea. Drinking and driving, spousal abuse, reports of affairs, serious attitude problems, racist views, etc., are all reasons why Mel Gibson is getting WORSE with age, and not better!

The two are polar opposites, and right now, so are their careers!
