Taylor Swift - Our Song

I don't listen to a lot of country, but the song that made the biggest impact on me was "Our Song" by Taylor Swift.

I thought it was the epitome of young love and it showed how a couple doesn't necessarily need a song, but their love and experiences are peppered with moments that make them special.

They may be represented in music, however, they are most often representative of a moment in time. When I listen to that song, it reminds me of the crickets that were audible when my beau and I travelled to the gulf islands.

It was nice and quiet and almost absent of noise and sounds that it made our moment so much more romantic.
