My Skype Wife

This is a very special topic for me to talk about because I actually met my wife online. And we already have 3 years of successful marriage behind us! Well, you see, it was a Christmas Eve, and I am 30 years old, at home, ALONE.

Christmas was always a very special family occasion for me, but that specific time all members of my family happened to be away visiting our grandparents (I could not go because I did not arrive on time from a business trip and grandparents live in different country, so I was out of luck). So I am sitting at my computer very angry. I decided to play a prank on someone over the internet. That was I wanted to vent off the anger, which I know is a shameful decision.

So I log into Skype and select one random female in a search list. Then I play all nice and get to know her. After that I started acting like a jerk. When I realized what I was doing I apologized, and it took me some 3 hours (!) to get her to forgive me.

This led us to further conversations and we decided to meet. Once thing led to another and now she is my wife! I think that that was 1 out of billion chance and I scored it! So, this is how I found my love online.
