We like:

We always search for a very narrow age range when we first join a site (this is usually a good indication that there will be plenty of members in the age range you’re after).

Many dating sites will only tell you that your search has returned “over 1000” profiles. Which could be anything from 1001 to 20,000. So if a small search returns a good number, then you can be sure your wider search will be fruitful.
