My favorite romantic country song is "I Love You Because" by Johnny Cash.

I just think this song is so mellow and sweet; it's not cheesy like a lot of modern country love songs.

I just think it's a really genuine song and it sums up how I feel about my partner: he may not be perfect, but I love him just because he's him.

That's all I ask from him and all I want from him.

We first heard this song together in bar/restaurant out west when we were watching an old folk singer perform-I didn't know who it was by at first, but I loved it immediately!

We're definitely having this song played at our wedding-it's simple, sweet, and very true-just like our relationship. I'll always remember our first trip out west together when I hear this song, relaxing in that bar and cuddling up in our tent in the mountains.

I think this is a fantastic song for anyone whose in a relationship.
