Internet dating brings friendship first

I am a social network user and have found many friends on Black People Meet, Plenty of Fish and Tagged.

Electronic dating is quite unique in the way it progresses into a true friendship. There is a lot of talking if there is a natural attempt at making a friend first as compared to the other adult nature communications that do exist online.

I know this is not the way my parents met, and know they wouldn't even attempt meeting a friend, lover or partner through the internet. I am presently in a relationship with a man I met on the internet. We met over 8 months ago and took at least 5 months before we actually met. By then it was natural and so easy since we know so much about each other through communicating.

There is a site called Interracial Dating where people who prefer different ethnic types can choose the people they would want to meet as well. On that site there is definitely racism in effect, but it is to the liking of the participants.

There most definitely is ageism in effect. Most men want the younger women when they are selecting a person to communicate with.
