Even an Ex Can Cheat

Several years ago, shortly after I moved to Las Vegas, I had a rather large New Years Eve Party.

My guests were friends from college as well as my ex-boyfriend and friends I grew up with since grammar school. One of my friends from college never met my ex boyfriend, so I made it very clear to hear that, I didn’t care what she did when she was here but please don’t touch Mike, my ex.

I pre-warned her because I was aware of her promiscuous ways. Three days after everyone was in town, we went to dinner and to the club. Late night, early morning, everyone had gotten split up wanted to come home at different times. W

hen I finally got home with everyone else, it was to the two of them sleeping together on my couch. Needless to say, I threw her stuff on the porch, then decided to be nice and I drove her to the airport three days early and kicked her out.

I let him stay because his flight left first thing in the morning. I coped by setting his shoes on fire that he left at my house.

About five years after all of this, he asked me to be his date to a wedding of a couple that met through me.
