My all time favorite love song is, Can’t Help Falling in Love by Elvis Presley.

I first began to like that song when I was around eight years old. I was going through my grandmother’s things when I came across a cabinet in her living room.

I was a nosey child, so I pulled out an Elvis record and asked her what it was. She told me that it was a music player and put the record on. We listened to it for a while then she told me to go off to bed.

I followed her instructions and showed myself into the bedroom. I remember trying to fall asleep, but not being able to; so I got up and walked down the hallway. Then, in the living room, with Elvis’ song playing in the background, my grandparents were slow dancing with tears streaming down their faces. Seeing them like that, simply made me want to love someone.

At the age of sixteen I achieved that because of Elvis’ song. I began listening to that song at school and started crying. A very attractive gentleman asked me what was wrong, and later became my fiancée.

I owe my whole love life to the king of rock himself.
