I joined the site and found it to be a very good dating site...that is...until they sent me a mail saying my account has been de-activated.

Perhaps I'm being unreasonable but is it not customary to advise someone WHYYYYY your de-activating their account? I sent numerous emails requesting them to fix this and got no reply. I even tried opening up another account, but everytime they saw my pics, they would de-activate the account I opened.

There is absolutely nothing sinister about my pics, they are all close up of the face as per their request , so I am baffled about what the problem is..and quite frankly ...DISAPPOINTED!
